Green Island Smoothie

This smoothie is super creamy and has the perfect amount of sweetness, and also doesn't taste too vegetabley. I always like trying to incorporate a serving of veggies in my smoothies...it just makes me feel better knowing I'm getting that much more nutrients in something that tastes like a treat.











Green Island Smoothie
Serves approx. 1 and 1/4 pints

Ingredients:

- 1 banana
- 1 handful frozen mango chunks
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 container Yoplait Light apricot mango sorbet yogurt
- 1/2 cup plain Quaker Oats
- 2 ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

1. Toss all ingredients into a blender and purée until mostly smoothe.

Notes:
- I always end up having more than what fits into one pint glass, so I usually freeze what is left over to eat as a nice cold treat later on.
